When a Video clip ends it will say
"Disconnected". You then just move on to the next clip.
If the Video "Disconnects" when you first load it...
1.) Make sure you are NOT running any of our
other live video while watching the PPV feeds. This may cause a
disconnect. Avoid running multiple video streams while watching our
Videos.
2.) If you're on a wireless connection, switch
to a wired connection and try the video again. Sometime wireless signals
can cause a loss of a steady stream which can disconnect you.
3.) The Java Plugin you have installed could be "sticking" and
won't load the video correctly or at all. This is a common problem we find with
the Java Plugin. The Solution is simple, uninstall and reinstall the
Java Plugin. That should fix the issue quickly.
If you continue to have disconnect issues, please
contact us with information on your Operating System, Browser and
version you are using and the type of internet connection you have and
whether or not it's wired or wireless. Also include the name/# of the
video or videos that are disconnecting.
